Patients often have information spread across multiple portals and healthcare organizations. HealthHarbor is being designed to let a patient connect supported systems using each provider's approved authorization flow, normalize useful data into a consistent view, and make everyday tasks such as keeping a calendar current much easier.

HealthHarbor is running on my iPhone as the acquisition side of Astra Medical. It incrementally reads authorized HealthKit data and connects to my Community Health Center records through NextGen. Broader provider support and release work are still in progress.
